The Disruption

  • We understood each pain point and pin-pointed the areas where the technology can be introduced and in turn automated the entire office. We named it AgileOffice, swift & simple which covers almost every process in the office under its technology gamut. Understanding each process was difficult but once the business understanding was ready and precise then the development was much easier process.
  • With all security consideration and authentication using Active Directory did not force them to have any other rule in place. Entire human service operation was automated with features like Leave, attendance & the demographics with easy track of employees.
  • The most complicated feature and business need was the Intra-Office document circulation. Each communication in today’s date is being run through AgileOffice with no usage of paper and manual efforts. Each document is being digitally signed by the authorities and major decision being taken over AgileOffice. The documents are well secured and backed up on the cloud.
  • The board member meetings and the minutes are being tracked online and kept on the cloud with easy tracking for future reference. Now the board members are able to attend the meetings from wherever they want to. We named it Eboard Online which can be a stand alone application and is also a pluggable part to the AgileOffice.
  • Employees needing to take a cab or travel onsite for business purpose, AgileOffice also provides an online feature to be able to apply for any travel medium and get that approved by their senior authority and get their required documents prior to travel with ease.
  • With many other notable feature, we managed to automate the entire office which was running on paper, printers & a lot of human intervention. Now the cost they have saved is notable and moreover the time being saved in passing the documents or ease of getting the things done makes them feel like a new life! This is the power of proper understanding of the business and case studies and using proper technology in the right way.
