An inspiring leader, or an excellent torch bearer, has its ideas, methods, and principles based on the circumstances at the culmination.
Many motivational quotes, many thought-provoking instances, and the experience of journeying with a leader are great things that can happen to anybody. Thebasic core rectitude is important. But not ideas, methods, processes, principles, or instances.
If anyone wants to follow a leader, many books, biographies, theories, blogs, and motivational quotes are available. Just reading them and following them will make you an excellent disciple.
WHY..
A leader stands out when basics defined in the industry/state/society are either broken or new fundamentals innovated, not by following the created ones.
HOW..
It is very difficult to come out of the shadows of a famous leadership empire and say this is impossible. This is not everybody’s bread and butter. It needs audacity and a big heart to take risks—the self-confidence to reject the hygienes defined by others. There should be a habit of harvesting only changes and changes.
It requires experimenting with your thought process, cultivating patience and tolerance, and generating mental toughness and physical strength. This will give you aplomb within yourself to pull out an idea that may be out of the box.
RAMIFICATION..
There is a high probability of severe criticism. But 90 % of the criticism is destructive and 10% constructive. Again, you have to face 90% of fierce criticism. It would help if you took it seriously. Otherwise, your thoughts about change will stand out. Your aggression to prove them wrong will die. 90% will recognize you in the future. 10 % will create their path to be another exception.
WHAT..
An outburst of aggression, unwillingness to stand in the crowd, not being part of the safe zone, not following any specific leader or ideology, should be able to face hefty criticism, and finally, should proudly say, “I love myself.” And stay away from more than body weight’s EGO.
I think this is enough to make an exception and surely a better preventive action for hazards.
